درخواست توضیح برای کدهای ... css

سلام اگر که این تاپیک مشکلی داره ببخشید...
من دنبال توضیحی درباره کدهای css زیر هستم:
offtab
ontab
tab heading
page text

البته کلی تگ هستند که در آموزشها نیامده (مامبویی اند) و فقط مهم ها را گفتن و بس (بعضی جاها توضیح بسیار کمه)
