phpMyAdmin tried to connect to the MySQL server, and the server rejected the connection. You should check the host, username and password in your configuration and make sure that they correspond to the information given by the administrator of the MySQL server.
سلام خسته نباشید
من بعد از نصب جوملا و ایجاد پسورد برای Admin در phpmyadmin روی لوکالی و بعد از پاک کردن فلدر Installation دیگر نمی توانم وارد PhpMyadmin بشم که از دیتابیس export بگیرم اینکار را روی هر سیستمی نصب کردم همین error را گرفتم
