مشکل در روی لوکال

ولی وارد مدیریت میشم بالای نوار سیاه مدیریت اینا میاد

سلام ، به این ادرس برید wamp\<b><font color=red>فقط کاربران عضو انجمن می توانند لینک ها را مشاهده کنند</font></b> فایل string.php رو باز کنید و به خط 562 برید و این کد رو
return iconv($from_encoding, $to_encoding.'//TRANSLIT', $source);
با
return iconv($from_encoding, $to_encoding.'//IGNORE', $source);
عوض کنید.
البته این مشکل فقط در لوکال پیش میاد .
