تغییر رنگ قسمت هایی از قالب

سلام بچه ها کسی میتونه کمک کنه من یه قالب دارم میخوام از داخل template.css رنگ چند قسمت سایت رو تغییر بدم
اول دو طرف راست و چپ یک قالب که خالی هست اونا رو میخوام تغییر بدم
بعدش هم پس زمینه رنگ منو ها رو

فکر کنم قسمت چپ و راست قالب با پس زمینه که تا پایین سایت ادامه داره یکی هستش . به هرحال اگر فایل css رو میذاشتی میشد بگی کدوم قسمت هست...///
