منوی Jquery مانند سایت زیر

من یک منوی Jquery می خوام که قابلیت داشته باشه تا به منوی جوملا تبدیل کنم(تبدیل منوی Jquery به منوی جوملا رو بلدم) و همانند وب سایت زیر باشه:
