کمک ، فروم بالا نمیاد...!

سلام
خواهش میکنم کمک کنید.
یه بسته ای که زیاد مهم نبود به اسم Advanced Language Menu رو از داخل بسته های نصب شده حذف کردم
بعد از حذف این بسته دیگه فروم بالا نمیاد و این ارور رو میده
