مشکل بعد از اضافه کردن مطلب جدید

اکثر مواقع بعد از اضافه کردن مطلب جدید با این ارور مواجه می شم.
با مدیر سرور تماس گرفتم، می گن مشکل از ما نیست. فایل کانفیگ رو هم چک کردم مشخصات دیتابیس درسته و هیچ مشکلی نداره. (ج2.5)

اگر دوستان راهنمایی بفرمایند ممنون می شوم.
