متن زیر رو مطالعه کنید لطفا
Even if you have registered your account at the website (and therefore you're using the default timezone we've talked about above) dates and times in Kunena may still look wrong. There may be a couple of reasons for this. One of the reasons is that the site manager did not change the default timezone when the Joomla website was created (the default is to use UTC time).

Another reason is that you may be in a timezone where you are using daylight savings time [DST]. Joomla does not know about DST. Joomla only knows about standard times. If dates and times seem to be only one hour wrong, it could be that your account is using DST (when, at the moment, there is no DST in your present locale) or it could be that your present locale is using DST and your account has not been modified to allow for that situation. In this case you will need to modify the account at your website. You can use edit your Kunena user profile to make this change. See the image at right that shows where you can change your timezone.
Kunena 1.6.4
Owing to problems encountered because of the new timezone settings in J! 1.6, the ability to modify timezone settings has been disabled in K 1.6.4. This capability may be restored in a future version of Kunena when the problems in Joomla have been fixed.
