عدم نمایش وب سایت

سلام وقت همگی بخیر ، سایت من به هاست جدید منتقل شد و همه مراحل به درستی انجام گردید و صفحه مدیریت باز میشود ولی صفحه اول سایت این ارور که به شرح ذیل آوردم را نمایش می دهد از دوستان خواهش می کنم اگر اطلاعی دارید راهنمایی فرمایید ممنون.

مشکل نسخه PHP سرور جدید است که با نسخه جوملا شما سازگار نیست.
همچنین ionCube Encoder نصب نیست

سلام ممنون از پاسختون، چکار باید انجام دهم؟

دو راه حل دارید

1- جوملا و افزونه ها را بروزرسانی کنید تا با نسخه جدید php سازگار شود
و یا
2- از پشتیبانی هاست بخواهید تا نسخه php سایت شما را به 5.6 تغییر بدهند

مشکل نسخه php هست به اخرین ورژن ارتقا بده سپس تمامی افزونه ها و دسرسی هایی که در هاست قبلی داده بودی در این هاست هم ازاد کن
