سوال در مورد CSS سايت

سلام
من در قسمت بالاي سايتمي 2 قسمت به نامهاي " آخرين اخبار" و "محبوب ترين ها" دارم كه به رنگ اين دوقسمت مشكل دارم.
اگر به آدرس سايت من بريد

متوجه مي شيد كه رنگ اين مطالب با رنگ پشت زمينه زياد سازگار نيست و خوب خونده نمي شه.
براي همين هم من ميخوام رنگ اين قسمت رو عوض كنم.
براي اينكه بتونيد كمكم كنيد من كل css رو اينجا كپي مي كنم تا بتونيد بهم بگيد كه كجاش رو بايد عوض كنم. و به نظر شما چه رنگي بايد بذارم.

آق شرمنده
ما سوادمون در حد اكابره و تا كلاس 2 بيشتر نخونديم
اگر ممكنه بفرمائيد چي و كجاي صفحه بايد اين كلاسي رو كه گفتيد ايجاد كنيم. در ضمن اصلا چطوري بايد كلاس ايجاد كنم.

فایل template_css.css در فولدر css در قالب شما هست بررسی کنید و باز کنید و این دو کلاس رو ایجاد کنید
