از توجهتون شدیداً متشکرم

یه مشکلی توی قالب من وجود داره که وقتی یه نظر می دم، نظر رو ثبت نمی کنه و این ارور ها رو بالای صفحه می نویسه. البته این قالب مال خود مامبو نبوده و من واسه مامبو آماده ش کردم. حالا نمی دونم اشکال کار کجاست. ارورها اینا هستن:

البته وقتی که قالب سایت رو عوض می کنم و نظر می دم هیچ مشکلی نیست. حالا من نمی دونم کجای این قالب اشکال داره.
