مشکل در ارتقاء پس از 4.6.5

سلام
من بدون مشکل ارتقا دادم. بعد خواستم مثل یک کاربر عضو بشم که پس از تائید ثبت اطلاعات و در صفحه ای که ارسال ایمیل فعال سازی اعلام میشه این خطا ها رو داد
