مشکل با .htaccess

من این کد رو هم به جاش استفاده کردم:
ولی باز جواب نداد

نمی دونم آیا راه دیگه ای واسم هست؟
اصلا چه جوری میتونم این فایل .htaccess رو امتحان کنم ببینم آیا کار میکنه یا نه؟
