از اونجایی که می دونم قالب martian_man چیه کاملا متوجه منظورشون شدم
ای کاش ایشون توضیحات بهتری می دادند ....

خب ...
جناب martian_man .... نام قالب شما Metallic-Abyss است
شما نمی خواهید جعبه اخبار رو فعال کنید .. بلکه می خواهید بالای منو ها اخبار رندوم رو حذف کنید ...
فایل index.template.php قالبتون رو باز کنید و کد زیر را حذف کنید .. به همین سادگی
