تاثیر متون توضیحی ! کد ها در سرعت اجرا

در اکثریت فایل های سورس مامبو ، یکسری توضیحات مربوط به کپی رایت و ورژن و ..... نوشته شده است . به عنوان مثال :

جدای از بحث کپی رایت ، آیا بودن این همه کد اضافی در فایل ها ، موجب افزایش حجم فایل و در نتیجه افزایش سرعت اجرای آن نمی شود ؟
آیا بهتر نیست این کد ها حذف شوند ؟
