يك مشكل درمورد آپديت به 1.1.9

سلام من ميخوام از 1.1.8 به 1.1.9 آپديت كنم ولي ولي اين پيغام خطا رو ميده :

Forbidden

سطح دسترسي INDEX.PHP روهم 777 كردم ولي بازم نشد!! چرا ؟
