خطای 404.0

سلام وقتی ومپ سرور نصب میکنم و همینطور جوملارو کپی میکنم این خطارو میده چرا؟

خوب وقتی میخوام دیتابیس هم ایجاد کنم دوباره همین خطا میاد

مثلا وقتی
