Here is a simple solution :

Change the menu type from External Link to Menu Alias.
Set the alias name to what you want the path to read.
Save the menu (do not close the menu because you're not done)
Change the menu type back to External Link.
Enter your External Link.
Save and Close the menu.
یعنی تو گزینه منو اول از آدرس خارجی استفاده نکن اول با گزینه مستعار منوها منو رو بساز و کاراتو انجام بده بدش ذخیره کن بعد گزینه مستعار منو رو به آدرس خارجی تغییر بده ذخیره کن وبیا بیرون
