حالا تابع GET من نمیدونم چرا میزنه

با XAMP و ... مشکل داشتم روی DATABASE مشکل UTF8 داشتم، با appserv امتحان کردم، خدارو شکر مشکل دیتابیس حل شد، این مشکل پیش اومد
