مشکل با اسکرول خوردن زیر صفحه

ببخشید من زیاد متوجه نشدم می شه بیشتر توضیح بدید؟ !
(این کد ها در اچ تی ام ال سایت بودن در زیر صفحه . مشکل من اینه که مسیرشو نمی دونم کجاست ! چون تو اچ تی ام ال مسیر نشون نمی ده )

که اگه اونی که قرمز کردم رو مثبت کنم اسکرول برداشته می شه! ولی نمی دونم تو کدوم فایل هست !

کسی نیست بتونه در مورد این مشکل راهنمایی کنه؟

همین کدها رو در یک فایل notepad قرار بدید و با نام مثلا a.js در پوشه ای به اسم js ذخیره نمایید .وبعد در کدهای پلاگین کد را به شکل زیر اصلاح نمایید
