مشکل در سایت

یکی از اساتید لطفا بگن که مشکل بالا اومدن سایت من چیه !؟ با فایرفاکس ارور میده اما با کروم بالا میاد !( در هر دو مرور گر قسمت مدیریت بالا میاد )
پیغام HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error میده!

دیروز هم اینجور شد اما امروز صبح خود بخود خوب شد اما دوباره پیغام داد !

• If the module is installed, verify that the module name is not misspelled in the configuration/system.webServer/handlers config section.
• Ensure that the NTFS permissions for the web.config file are correct and allow access to the Web server's machine account.
• Check the event logs to see if any additional information was logged.
• Verify the permissions for the DLL.
