مشکل در نمایش بعد نصب مجدد Easy php

سلام می بخشید
من بعد از اینکه ویندوز را مجددا روی کامپیوترم نصب کردم Easy php را نصب کردم IIS رو نصب کردم web site در IIS را stop کردم با این وجود بعد از نصب مامبو در صفحه هم مدیریت و هم نمایش پیامهایی مشابه زیر در صفحه می آید:

برای حل این مشکل چی کار کنم؟
