مشکل با ioncube

سلام
من پلاگین پرداخت برای rsform خواستم نصب کنم پیغام خطا داد:
Site error: the file C:\wamp\www\tmp\TF\plugins\system\rsfppaypal\rsfpp aypal.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_win_5.3.dll to be installed by the website operator. If you are the website operator please use the [مهمان/کاربر گرامی برای دیدن لینک ها ابتدا باید عضو سایت شوید و لاگین کنید برای ثبت نام اینجا کلیک کنید] to assist with installation.
طبق آموزش نصب در[مهمان/کاربر گرامی برای دیدن لینک ها ابتدا باید عضو سایت شوید و لاگین کنید برای ثبت نام اینجا کلیک کنید] پیش رفتم در آخر این خطا رو برام میده :
To use files that have been protected by the [مهمان/کاربر گرامی برای دیدن لینک ها ابتدا باید عضو سایت شوید و لاگین کنید برای ثبت نام اینجا کلیک کنید], a component called the ionCube Loader must be installed.
Loaders for 64-bit PHP on Windows are not currently available. However, if you install and run 32-bit PHP the corresponding 32-bit loader for Windows should work.
Download one of the following archives of 32-bit Windows x86 loaders:
در صورتی که من همین لودر رو نصب کردم!
اینم پیغام توضیحی که میده برای خطا :
The ionCube Loader is not currently installed successfully.

The following problem has been found with the ionCube Loader installation:

• The loader file “C:\wamp\bin\apache\Apache2.2.21\bin\ioncube\ion cube_loader_win_5.3.dll, listed in the configuration file, C:\wamp\bin\apache\Apache2.2.21\bin\php.ini, does not exist or is not accessible.

این مسیر درست هست و فایل هم موجوده مشکلی نیست ولی این پیغامو میده!
ویندوز منم سون هست
