مشکل در مورد htaccess

سلام خدمت همه دوستان
من تنظیم سئو سایت رو فعال میکنم و بعد هم htaccess.txt رو به htaccess. تغییر میدم و صفحات فرعیم مثل تماس با ما و کلا همه صفحات به خوبی باز میشن و مشکلی نداره ولی یه مشکل پیش میاد اونم اینه که وقتی در سی پنل روی پوشه administrator رمز میذارم وقتی آدرس کنترل پنل جوملا رو وارد میکنم برای ورود به سایت ارور 404 میده و یه سری نوشته ناخوانا
این تا اینجا
حالا وقتی به پشتیبانی هاستم اینو گزارش دادم اون اومد اول فایل قبل از دات htaccess یه عدد 1 گذاشت حالا مشکل رمزگذاری رو پوشه ادمینیسرور حل شده ولی موقع ورود به صفحات فرعی مثل تماس با ما ارور 404 میده
سوال دومم هم اینه که من یه قالب گرفتم که به همراه خود جوملا نصب میشدمالان نصبش کردم نسخه اون 3.3.6 اگر بخوام ارتقاش بدم به آخرین نسخه جوملا فارسی باید چیکار کنم؟ چون قسمت بروزرسانی جوملاش هم میزنه بروز است

محتویات htaccess رو در صورت امکان اینجا قرار بدید تا بررسی کنم.

همچنین اطلاعات مربوط به سرورتون هم بدید. مانند نسخه appach و php و همچنین انتشار سیستم عاملتون چی هست و چه نسخه ای ؟

واقعا عالیه مشکل حل شد
میتونم بپرسم اشکال کار از کجا بوده؟ خیلی درگیرم کرد بود بازم یه دنیا ممنون

مورد اول سوالتون که مربوط به همین تاپیک میشه رو باید عرض کنم که مسیریابی و مسیر دهی در این فایل برای sef جوملا اعمال میشه. برخی از سرورها و برخی از نسخه‌ها و برخی کانفیگها متفاوت هستند از تنظیمات اصلی و پایه ای که پیشفرض! باید با توجه به آنها تنظیم کرد و راهنمایی کرد! بیشتر از این بخوام توضیح بدم میریم تو بحثهای تخصصی آپاچی و ... !
