مشكل اساسي در نصب كننده مامبو

با سلام خدمت دوستان مامبو لرن
حدود 2 هفته هست كه هاست سايتم ورژن Cpanel را عوض كرده و ورژن آن 11 شده از بعد از اين ارتقا من هر وقت ميخواهم چيزي را در مامبو نصب كنم (كامپوننت وماژول و ..) مرتبا به من خطايي مبتني بر اينكه فايل XML در بسته قرار ندارد يا مشكل دارد نمايش داده ميشود ! مامبو را هم از اول نصب كردم هم 4.5.4 و هم 4.6.1 بازهم مشكل حل نميشود لطفا من را راهنمايي كنيد

ببین safe mode و register globals هاستت ON نشده باشن!

از هاستتون بپرسید چه تغییراتی رو اعمال کردند بتازگی... Apache رو ارتقاء ندادند یا gzip رو تغییری توش دادند ؟

بگید safemode & Register globals رو خاموش کنند مشکلتون حل میشه
