مشکل در login به سایت

ابتین من این مشکل رو هم دارم:

ده بار تا الان email زدم به سرور این رو بهم میگه:

Dear Sir,

any changing in PHP.INI can be made in main folder of your site, and
where
your php script is running.
there is no php problem in server, you should check your php version
and
compatibilities.
