مشکل عجیب!!!

با سلام خدمت تمامی دوستان مخصوصا مدیران محترم.
من همه چیز رو درست انجام دادم حتی آخرین صفحه هم درست بود..(پایان نصب) اما وقتی رو این گزینه کلیک می کنم که کار تموم بشه این خطا ها رو میده:

مشکل چیه؟؟
در ضمن توی پوشه ی SMF این فال نبود..(Packages/server.list) ???
کمک کنید این مشکل رو هر چه زود تر حل کنم.. ممنون
